Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.Install roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal sheets according to specifications and schematics.

2.Repair and replace damaged roof systems, including plaster and drywall, as needed.

3.Perform heavy lifting and manual labor when working at height.

4.Use power tools and other equipment to manufacture roof components.

5.Perform inspections on roofs to determine problems or necessary repairs.

6.Work with other craftsmen (including carpenters and maintenance personnel services) to ensure the full completion of the project.

7.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

1.Work effectively with co-workers of varying backgrounds and knowledge

2.Be punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible

3.Always maintain a professional and courteous attitude toward co-workers, supervisors, clients, and the public

4.Willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties

Working Hours

8-hour shifts

Monday through Friday

Expected work hours 40 hours per week

Compensation and Benefits
