I. Job Description
As a Christmas Light Installer, you will be responsible for:
Design and install holiday lighting for residential and commercial locations. Your creativity will shine as you transform ordinary homes and businesses into holiday masterpieces, spreading joy and charm throughout the community.
Work at height using ladders, cranes, and other equipment to safely and efficiently hang lights. Comfort and confidence are essential when working at height as you will need to manipulate lights, position them perfectly, and ensure that every light shines brightly.
Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems to ensure everything is functioning properly. When technical issues arise, your problem-solving skills will come into play to ensure that every bulb shines brightly.
Provide excellent customer service by consulting with customers to understand their lighting preferences and ensure they are satisfied. Your interpersonal skills will help create a delightful experience for our customers and make their holiday dreams come true.
Remove and store holiday lights and decorations after the holiday season is over. After the holiday season is over, you will carefully dismantle and store decorations for future use.

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, smartphone:Must-haves for commuting and efficient communication. You will need to travel to different work locations and stay connected to the team.
III. Compensation and Hours
Job Type:Full-time, temporary. This position is a seasonal position and will be available until the end of the year.
Compensation:$18.00 - $55.00 per hour. Our performance-based pay system is a great fit for hardworking, accomplished individuals. The harder and smarter you work, the more money you make.
Weekly Payments: Pay via direct deposit. We ensure timely and reliable payment for your hard work.
Overtime: Work Monday through Friday with unlimited overtime. We value your dedication and offer ample opportunities for additional income.
