Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.Install all aspects of new landscapes, including artificial turf, plants, irrigation, and ground covers

2.Maintain completed landscapes

3.Post signs and banners as instructed

4.Clean construction sites by removing debris, sweeping and organizing materials

5.Work well with others

6.Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed

7.Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

1.Work effectively with co-workers of varying backgrounds and knowledge

2.Be punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible

3.Always maintain a professional and courteous attitude toward co-workers, supervisors, clients, and the public

4.Willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties

5.Detail-oriented and takes pride in workmanship

6.Able to speak/read/write English (Spanish preferred)

Working Hours

The working hours for this position are eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. You can enjoy weekends off to balance work and personal life.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: We offer a competitive wage of $18 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and work performance. Additional performance bonuses are also available based on the quality and efficiency of your work.
